Return Policy

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If you have received a pair of shoes that do not fit properly, we are happy to offer an exchange. To ensure a smooth exchange process, please follow these guidelines:

The shoes must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. This means they must not have been worn, damaged or altered in any way.

The shoes must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

We will cover the cost of exchange

Upon receipt of the returned shoes, we will inspect them to ensure that they meet the above criteria. If the shoes meet the criteria, we will process the exchange and send the new pair of shoes to the customer.

If the shoes do not meet the criteria for exchange, we will notify the customer and return the shoes to them.
